Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 3110 platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Eligibility
Account Registration
Users must be at least 18 years old to open an account on 3110. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, they may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.
Password & Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized access occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
3110 will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as suspicious.
Identity Verification
3110 may request identity verification documents at any time. If asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document, users must do so within the specified timeframe. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with the following code of conduct when using the 3110 platform:
- The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose.
- Fraudulent activity — including placing bets via bots or artificially inflating your balance — is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Providing false information on your own or another user's account is strictly prohibited.
If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, 3110 reserves the right to close the account without notice and take legal action.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All financial transactions on 3110 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly stated on the platform's payments page. Withdrawal requests go through a review process and may be delayed until identity verification is completed.
Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used at registration. Requests to withdraw via a different method are generally not accepted and may require additional verification.
If any transaction appears erroneous or suspicious, 3110 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, reverse that transaction.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
3110 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, available on the offer's detail page. Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Tax & Legal Liability
Any taxes applicable to winnings on the platform under Bangladesh law are solely the user's responsibility. 3110 does not calculate, withhold, or remit taxes on behalf of users.
Intellectual Property, Liability Limitations & Third Parties
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content on the 3110 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the property of 3110 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
3110 platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. 3110 accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from temporary service disruptions due to technical issues, internet problems, or any other cause.
3110 bears no responsibility for the outcome of any bet or game played at the user's own discretion.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 3110 platform may integrate with third-party service providers such as payment gateways and game providers. 3110 is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of those third parties. We recommend reviewing their own terms before using any third-party services.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
3110 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Participation in Illegal Activities
How to Close Your Account
To close your account, submit a written request to customer support. Any pending bonuses or withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.
Requests to close or restrict an account for Responsible Gaming reasons will be treated as the highest priority.
Terms Amendment Process
3110 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
